My daughter was a bit reluctant to attend the first session. But once she met Sam and the other kids, she really enjoyed participating in the Superpowers Academy programme. She told me that the most useful technique was to manage ‘unpleasant tasks frogs’ and she applies it almost everyday. As her mother, I confess that I also took advantage of what she learnt and used it myself at work. I warmly recommend jumping in with both feet.

Trainer Nerina was exceptionally kind and caring and always checked in on the boys mental health and well being, and got them talking about all sorts of things which I really think helped them process the whole craziness that befell us on our return to Hong Kong. Do ask questions of what they do - they tweaked their offering to fit our needs and I was so very grateful for the hour the boys had all each day last week. It really helped quarantine pass that little bit more smoothly.

My daughter joined the Superpowers Academy Program and it really helped to provide some simple hacks to responsibilize her approach to homework.​ Then, for those days that require battling and negotiating for hours to finish, now it only takes just 5 minutes, we get the help of a clever Italian tomato or the Pomodoro Technique and the Eat the Frog Principle, very helpful perks of the program!

Thank you, Superpowers Academy for a lovely course. Chloe enjoyed a lot and definitely took some things with her into her life.

My two sons were looking forward to the Superpowers Academy Program course every Saturday. They learned how to focus while having so much fun and it gave them good habits that they can use during homeschooling and homeworks. Sam was extremely available and gave us great advice for our boys.
